Led experience strategy for the redesign of a global industrial manufacturer’s careers platform, supporting manufacturing, corporate, and dealership candidates through a unified brand system.

The Challenge

Each candidate group had different priorities, but fragmenting the experience would weaken the employer brand. The challenge was delivering depth for each audience without creating three separate sites.

My Approach

I organized the experience around candidate needs rather than company structure, using shared values as connective tissue across journeys. Content layering allowed specificity without overwhelming users or diluting the brand.
